Users enter the platform homepage or category page, freely browse all commodity categories, use keyword search, attribute screening, sorting and filtering functions to quickly locate target products, and independently select product styles, specifications, sizes and quantities according to personal demands to complete pre-order selection preparation.
Order Detail Confirmation & Information Preview
After adding products to the cart and submitting the order, users can preview all order details before payment, including commodity list, unit price, total amount, preferential deduction amount, logistics fee standard, receiving address and delivery rules. Users need to carefully check the information to ensure no errors in commodity specifications and receiving information before settlement.
Secure Channel Payment & Order Generation
Users complete fund payment through the official secure payment channel docked by the platform. After the payment is verified and successful by the system, a formal valid transaction order will be automatically generated, and the order will enter the platform warehouse processing and delivery queue to wait for subsequent sorting and shipment arrangements.
Warehouse Processing, Packaging & Logistics Shipment
The platform conducts commodity picking, manual quality inspection, specification verification and standardized packaging according to order sequence, and delivers the goods through formal cooperative logistics channels after confirming no abnormality. The system synchronizes logistics waybill information and real-time transportation nodes to facilitate user tracking.
Package Sign-Off & Order Service Closure
After the package is delivered to the user’s receiving address and signed for confirmation, the system will automatically complete the order closing operation, and the whole online transaction service process is officially completed. After the order is closed, users can independently initiate service evaluation, experience feedback and compliant after-sales service applications within the valid cycle.
